Based on your past experiences, do you have any suggestions, words of wisdom or lessons learned that you wish to share with others about to embark on a new home purchase or renovation project?
Selected submissions will appear on this site. To increase the chance that your submission will appear on this site, please do not reveal our name, the name of the builder/renovator, or identify any individuals by name in your story. Ideally submissions should be kept to fewer than 500 words. Photos will also be welcomed. Any photos submitted will not be returned.
With your submission, you may include your name, or you may choose to withhold your name. However, please include your town/city and province and the date of purchase or renovation.

Do you have one worth sharing…?
Whether a new home construction "oops" or renovation gone wrong, we'd love to view your pics and with your permission, perhaps share them with others. Any pictures mailed to us will not be returned. Ideally pictures should be sent electronically and be in .gif or .jpg format no larger than 4" x 6". Check out our submission details page for more information.
